I think from memory the relinquishment request will go to the lsa which would have just returned an error. Not sure why the customer should enter the lsa as it could likely be determined who it is during the port request phase.

I would have thought vodafone would already have ported everyone from telstraclear to vodafone. Or be accepting requests from both 'telstraclear' and 'vodafone'. But then I don't know how the process works.
