aionwannabe: all not currently connected connections will freeze up, like when you try to run programs with not enough ram on a PC, they just wait and then eventually they all load at once. The thing is the service is patchy. It will be fine for half a day and then just refuse to co-operate

any chance this happens at peak times? possible your on a coklin cabinet?

I'm not on the all you can eat. I used to be and had buffer problems when YouTube or Adobe changed how the video was delivered last year when you pause it, the buffer would pause too (it never used to and it would fill as fast as it could go). Now it buffers a little and stays ahead but not too far ahead and pauses the buffer when you paused (as it should in my opinion). I switched the all you can eat off last year and haven't been bothered to put it back on since.

i have the all you can eat, regularly max vdsl line.. cant say i have come across any issues with it in the time i have had it.

I think it might be what kiwirock said with the upload, will have to wait for ralphs diags to be done either way. Got to talk with the property manager about getting fibre
