toaster: To me unlimited is quality. 150GB equals to 6-7 hours of raw satellite feed footage. Not really useful when you have 20 HDTV channel subscriptions.
My Orcon plan has had 100% uptime since day one 6 months ago, my only complaint is the international speeds are much lower than advertised.

there are unlimited dialup plans for only $10. Why would anybody pick those over Orcon's $99 for unlimited? That's almost ten times the price!!!!1111OMGOMG1111!!!

Ragnor: Noticeable dip in peak time and that's national, suspect international has more variability too.
Also they are likely whitelisting speedtest and truenet from shaping compared to other sites/services/protocols.
