Also having the same problem, Australian servers have ridiculously high ping in Battlefield 4.

It makes it impossible for me to play!

We are aware of some higher than usual latency to some destinations in Australia, I know we're working with our upstream providers on getting this addressed but no ETR as yet I'm afraid.  Will keep you posted as I know more.
