If you have an Android phone just go to https://www.google.com/settings/dashboard and log in with your google account, click on Android and every device you have ever owned (assuming you havent deleted them) will ce listed with the IEMI next to it.

A note to all iPhone users: If your iphone gets stolen and you do not have record of the IMEI number you can go into iTunes and find the IMEI number from the backup of any iphone done on the computer.
