Below is what I see under the DNS setting. 
Do I need a DNS Relay or not ? If I turn it off nothing works, when I set it as below , it works. 

Something's not right here.




Ok, been a while since I've seen one of those.  Would definitely recommend a new modem

DNS relay selection should be set to Use Auto Discovered DNS servers only if i remember right

We are agreed there.

"Dynamic" refers to how it gets its IP address from the network, that MUST be set to dynamic. If you have it set otherwise then you won't be getting an ip address from the network and your connection won't work, even if the correct DNS servers are set.

Dynamic IP address. DNS servers. Different things.

Even if you go and buy a new modem, it'll still need to be setup correctly.
