Yes I have PM 2degreescare, he forward my details to the retail store, which solved my problem, they had replaced my iphone 5s with a new one.

But still having issues using my plan and transferring my number.

livisun: one more thing.. am I supposed to pay $5 for a sim card when i sign onto the plan that cost $99 a month... i remember you used to get the sim for free. i know $5 is nothing to complain about but i just found it weird.

The SIM is free when you sign up to a Pay Monthly account.   Prepay customers can also get their friends a free SIM plus ongoing rewards if they invite them via http://www.2degreesmobile.co.nz/world

I'll look into the porting issue for you too.
