Gozer: Its incredibly annoying this day in age that you have to fight to talk to someone that knows what they're doing and then fight to prove you know what your doing too before you get any progress.


Ummm he didn't have to fight to prove anything to me....

Fire engine, I don't think anyone is implying that. I'm certain you've efforts are appreciated here.

I guess the problem is, most customers don't/won't come to geekzone. They're stuck with the call centre.
