As it's just an ATA and it's highly unlike the mic and speaker in the analogue phone will support more than 3.5kHz using G.722 won't likely result in any difference in audio quality anyway.

I'm also fairly sure that Snap VoIP does not support G722, or at least it didn't last time I tried.
