Itr0nic: Any idea why i can connect to some servers and not others even though they have been rented from the same place ? or is that just because they are not running any sort of region locking

Each server will have a different configuration. Hosted at the same place or not, being able to connect will depend on those controlling who can or cannot connect. If you are trying to connect to two servers hosted by the same crowd and one fails and the other lets you in...The server that allows you to join will be configured to do so. It sounds as if you literally have to get the master administrator to configure all servers to allow you to connect.
Itr0nic: After countless hours talking to people involved i don't think i am going to get it sorted. Waiting on a email from FLIP but i dont think they are going to be able to do anything. Talked to the server renters they don't want to do anything because I don't rent any of the servers ( sigh )
Fibre in my area should be finished by Jan 2015 so i might have to leave FLIP and just go with someone else. I was thinking Bigpipe but i think they use CGNAT as well and im not sure if it's that cause me problems or just flips network design

We use CGNAT by default, but you can have a public IP upon request for no extra charge.
We'll also have static IPs in the next couple of weeks. (for a fee)

Do you know if anyone on your network has had issue like i do ?
And if i went on ADSL now with you guys would me switching to Fibre in Jan/Feb result in a termination fee

GregV: With BF4 - most geoblocking is done by a third-party plugin, so EA won't be able to help you directly. They are not the ones blocking you, it is the plugin used by the server provider. I'll have a look at our BF4 server tonight, and see if I can find any details about which ip-location database they use.
GregV: Had a look, but I can't see specifically which geolocation database this plugin uses sorry. As others have said, Flips IP entries haven't made it onto the particular geolocation database used by the BF4 server plugins.

This is your problem.
not your isp, but the service the server uses to tell where you are.
Given its a ton more easy to blame the isp and move on, but if you enjoy their service, i see no reason you shouldnt be putting as much effort as you have put into this thread, talking to the admins of the given servers about white-listing you or updating their potentially outdated geodatabase.
