Hi guys,

We've selected a bunch of customers and sent them a text/email as above to advise that if you top-up any time between the 1st November - 31st January and buy a combo, or yours renews, you'll get an extra 1GB of Carryover NZ Data (unless you're on Prepay standard in which case it's valid for 1 month).

When you have received the message your data will be applied within 7 days. You can't buy any more than one combo per month so if yours is still active and you received the promotional message you'll need to wait till your next renewal.

After that you'll get an extra 1GB as many times as you can renew the combo before the 31st January, so three max at this stage.

Hope that clears things up, PM if you've got any queries

Cheers,
^ER

So it's not for all your Carryover Combo customers...just a "selected bunch"  ?

Good surprise from 2degrees! I didn't get a txt tho but email with this ad. And as soon as renewed my usual $19 combo got an extra 1gb of data. Saved $20 for a month. Thanks 2degrees!

So it's a selected group, much like with the Booster offers? What's the criteria for this?

My top up day is the 25th, and got the free 1GB almost instantly after topup.
Like my minutes, this will eventually drop off unused

It's carryover data though.

I guess he means eventually, after one year. I'm the same with my minutes, I get 100 per month (carryover) = 1200 per year and I won't use them before they expire for sure. Data, I used to always chomp through my 500MB but now they are carryover I tend to use it less (go figure?) and I'm saving up a bit of a buffer (for a rainy day?). I guess I can go crazy in the lead up to the expiry date though.

^ Yep, I used to never go through my 50MB so even with 500MB, about 450MB rolls over to the next month and so on
I expected to use my 2GB buffer a few weeks ago when out of town but used less than 100MB.

Have received the 1GB on my spare/personal phone. Won't use it all, but it will certainly come in handy over the Christmas period. Thanks 2Degrees!

Thanks 2Degrees you're a lifesaver. 500 mbs was not quite stretching far enough.
