browned:toejam316: If you're using the router they hand out, you can go into the settings, go under parental control, and use the DNS settings to force the Roku (and only the Roku) to use the My Republic DNS, while letting everything else through as normal. You can also set it to the router (which will be My Republic DNS unless you set it manually), or any of a variety of DNS you choose. So I'd suggest forcing the Roku to use the MR DNS using that and just leaving it on - it's how I'm doing my Chromecast's DNS.
Where abouts in parental controls would you do that? all I see are details for which computer has a schedule for accessing the internet. I have the ASUS RT-N56U with the latest firmware 3.0.0.4.376_3637-g7e47dd7.
