My UFB internet+phone out since Friday 16:00. UFB link level looks fine.
Just been told my account had been decomissioned by Orcon (Chorus?) and it will take at least another 3 days to recomission it.
The story is that this was to do with a switch to a different service provider (but they don't know or won't say who).
I certainly didn't request a provider switch.
This is just bonkers but maybe there is some general derangement of processes at Orcon/Chorus at the moment.
