Hi All, We can see something happening in the network which would explain slower than usual service for some users at peak times. We’re putting a plan in place to fix it and prevent it from reoccurring, however I cannot give you any concrete time frame as yet.

I will update you further when I have more to tell, in the mean time I thank you all for your patience.

Great news.

Althought I do remember that this wasn't exactly the first time this has happened either. Is it the same situation from last time?

Hi Guys

We will be doing an emergency upgrade tonight (2am)

Make sure you reboot your modems in the morning if you dont have internet.

This will resolve the issues you are experiencing.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Hi Guys

The work last night didn't go to plan, so tonight will be much of the same for some customers.

Another planned work to resolve it is scheduled for tonight

Thanks for update, came here to say that our latency problem hasn't improved. Hopefully after the upgrade.

Hey guys,

Yeah we are getting some terrible speeds over the last week or two. Pinging is through the roof. Called the call center but was told nothing was wrong, speed was normal. Definitely not normal.

Sorry when are we expecting a fix?

Pay so much in fibre net, feeling ripped!

Wow, did you even read a single post in this thread at all?

Might pay to read all the posts again

Calm mate, calm.

I'm just raising my red flag, that's all. Anticipating a fix.

when you ask a question like when are we expecting a fix, when its been mentioned twice by the ISP representatives twice it just shows you havent bothered to read the thread.

they tried to implement it last night but had issues and will try again tonight
