Geekzone stopped working with me on my UFB connection so am posting this by mobile.

Was on hold for 30min and gave up.

michaelmurfy: Was just about to phone them when I saw this.

Noticed most international is impacted with me at the moment (including Facebook, dns4me (bummer this), Facebook, Twitter, many more)...

Yeah I've just noticed this, not happy.

Netflix is working fine though!

From Twitter:

Engineers are investigating routing issues - no ETR at this time, updates will follow when available. Apologies for the inconvenience. ^SS

Also, if is so stormy here in Wellington at the moment.

Having issues here also (200/200 UFB). Anything overseas is pretty much dead for me. Switching back to Snap DNS is only slightly better (can get to Geekzone) that UnoTelly ones.

Appears to be back up and working for me now.

Edit: Now back to having issues...

EditEdit (22:35): Up and running now. Official word from SnapDegrees says it should be fixed now.

Having trouble with multiple US sites again. Its coming and going. Pinging one of Googles services at the moment and it is really flaky.

Having problems with this AGAIN.

Support keeps telling me they will call me back and never do.  They always claim to send it to the "tier-2" support but won't let me talk to them.

It looks like a routing issue from my end, I can't get good speeds inside NZ, but get almost 200mbit to sydney.  Then get 10mbit and 10%+ packet loss to US.  Get disconnections to Christchurch (INVC here).  It's a mess and they keep checking my fibre and finding no faults so drop it.

Very unhappy with the total lack of support.

Yep, certainly gone downhill or just teething problems merging two companies...

I logged a support call on 1st September and only got a response 15th September, so yeah..
