TimA: I was thinking it might have been an area that 2Deg doesnt serve. Does another ISP checker say you can get it?

I have other 2D UFB connections in the area, handoffs are not the issue here.

Yeah well..

Chorus just sent me an email regarding the issue..

Hi,

I can see where the confusion is coming from, Our coverage maps  indicates that fibre is available however the status on the ordering system our retail service providers use is under a “under build” status.

This does not mean that fibre is not available at your address and nor does it mean that your RSP is  unable to order Fibre services on your behalf.

Please go back to your retail service provider and request for them to submit a new connection order (connect primary form) if they have any issues with submitting they have a provisioning support team that can assist them with this.

Thanks,
