I'll make sure I get a complaint in!!

Their business support is only mon-fri, and closes at 5ish pm. So their consumer support is significantly better than the business support. You would think businesses don't run in the weekend.

Thats my point- its been so long since I last called. Im so out of the loop.

Anyway it was a bit of a moot point. Went to bed and when I got up everything was working OK- just a bit frustrated at the time. Stuff to do bla bla
