2degreesCare:

Hey guys,

We aren't aware of any issues on our caches over the weekend, I've passed this on to the engineering team to check out for us.

I'll provide an update when we can, did this clear up at all later in the day?

Thanks,

Ralph ^JOB

Just tried the titles I was having problems with and they are now playing across all my devices. Wonder if your team found and fixed something. This had been going on for a while - whenever a new episode of Designated Survivor was added it would not play. Hopefully it's resolved.

No dice here. Still have episodes that won't play.

Again, I switch to cell network and they play fine.

I'm on 2degrees VDSL and cannot play any Netflix the last day, video starts and then comes up cannot connect to Netflix service.
Switch to cell network on phone and works fine. Anything on VDSL network (ATV, iPad, phone) not working.

Not sure if related but am just in the process of switching over to their home line plus plan. Have rebootted the router number of times.

Ok, got my Netflix issues sorted, had to do a factory reset of my router (Fritz box 7490 provided by 2degrees). The issue coincided with 2degrees putting me onto their home phone plus package so am guessing must of done something in the router that stopped Netflix. Had contacted 2degrees customer support but they were not sure what would be causing it. Interesting thing was only affected the Netflix apps, accessing through a browser still worked. Was getting 0013 error codes (could not contact Netflix service) on Android and 10008 error on Apple.
