You sir are not wrong. They switched us over to a new plan since the old one isn't available anymore. Since then I've been experiencing incredible slowdown during the evening (especially during raiding times - wow player) I've called them up about 5 times, they've done a full investigation and found nothing wrong, refuse to admit to anything at all.
