I just checked when I sent the email. It was Feb 15th. The PM sent to 2D Customer Care was on Feb 10th. They have had plenty of time to respond.

Take this and the threads that I previously highlighted to you as an unequivocal sign that you should do yourself a favour and move to a better service provider.
I have 3 Fritzfon's connected to my Fritzbox. Are these capable of connecting to another Router for VOIP or would I need additional hardware when I jumped ship ?

I have been having the odd issue and have had a couple of good offers from other ISP's. Do they have a retention team I could call and twist their arm to match other offers to keep my business ?

Your having issues. So calling a retention team to get a better deal will resolve those issues?

No, issues are resolved, after a hassle. It was their lack of interest in help fix these issues that got me started down this path. I'm trying to see if they want to keep my business or not.
