after readying Xnet related topic on international speed... some people say that Static and other IP issues are also could be a fator of the speed "limitations"

a 7-10 days ago my IP was in the range of 123.255.60.* and I had great speeds... now my IP with range of 210.255.206.* and speeds are very slow :(



My IP is 118.????? and slowwwww download speeds...


It might be different in your situation...
but I asure you that I've noticed that IP change because of my speed went low.
