Hi all

 

Some customers on 2degrees fixed network are experiencing intermittent data outages. This also may affect some mobile app and credit card top ups and some payments. We apologise for this.

 

Our technicians are working to resolve the situation and we hope to have service back to normal as soon as possible.

 

We will update this our Network Status page - 2dm.co.nz/service-status/ - with more information when we can.
