111.69.34.34 is the last 2degrees hop (as evidenced by the lower latency), 111.69.34.35 is likely the Vocus end of that linknet (also in Auckland) however the latency is higher because on the Vocus network the return route goes via CHCH.

Update - Some good discussions and conversations with Vocus. Simon @ Vocus has found a few things he's investigating further.. hopefully some results next week on this one (going through Change control on Vocus side).
