I have thanks.

The fix is currently being tested in our lab environment, once this is declared to be all ok we will roll it out (expected to be late this week).

Will update when we have a definite date.

Duncan, thanks for keeping us informed.

I'm also on the Auckland Central exchange and am experiencing the same problem:

Previously getting 18Mbps Downstream and 1Mbps Upstream
But now getting 12286kbps Downstream and 508kbps Upstream

I'm keen to hear when the patch will be rolled out also.  Will happily post results here for comparision with other users experiencing the same problem.

duncanblair: Update: We expect a patch to be ready to fix this issue next week (subject to passing testing etc). Will update as I know more.

I wonder how long is your 'next week'? I've called the HD several times and only advice Im getting it isolation troubleshooting again and again... and no change in my speed. Seriously considering moving out... price im paying(Platinum) aint worth it if Im back to the same speed as I was before the unbundling..

Sorry for the delay.

The patch has been tested in the lab, and confirmed as fixing the issue. Should be rolled out across all exchanges during the rest of this week. Let us know if you are still experiencing issues after the weekend.

Back to normal now on the Glenfield Exchange as of Midnight.
Was 12283 down 503 up

Now 13638 Down 1015 Up.

Thanks Duncan.

Now all I need is to get that problem with the Home hub disconnects and port mapping fixed.  Wink

Thanks for the updates guys, good to hear things are back to normal.

Thre are a few more exchanges to go tonight, so over the weekend everyone should be syncing super fast again.

Currently on the Massey exchange, syncing at 3.6Mbps down, 1.3Mbps up.  If I let the Homehub sync at ADSL2+ speeds (I have it forced to G.DMT right now) then it syncs at 1.2Mbps down, 1.3Mbps up.
