Yes I know that, and after numerous calls to orcon over the last couple of months I am still no further (still on version 2.3.49.7.0 and having to re-enable my port forwarding once a day.
I have been told by Orcon that it is only updated when there is a change in the firmware and cant be updated individually.
So after many calls to Orcon and some promises about getting back to me (which never hapen)I am still waiting.
Duncan what is the official story on getting your home hub updated.
Or could you just send me another one with the up to date firmware as the one I have got is useless !

Mine got updated about a month ago... I normally leave it running 24/7 and after an unexpected reboot at about 1 am (yeah...) that was the last disconnected I got for a long time (except when it rains... poorly insulated copper sucks!)

My guess is that its done in batches?

I leave mine on 24/7 also.
