So would this be an example of the network augments of competitor ISPs that Spark are (in part) funding in preparation for the RWC?

I would expect that sort of thing to be kinda BAU rather than announcement worthy though?

call my snide, but i read it as slight congestion issues being fixed ;) maybe i just like to think the worst to stir Nick though.
