Ha - And now I've just switched to Hi Voicemail. Looks pretty similar to vxt but is cheaper by $3 per month. Doesn't have the option to have a voicemail set via time of day which is a good feature for VXT but I'll lose that for $3 per month.

We'll see how well it works but at a glance their App looks cleaner and they use SIRI for transcription by the sound of it so that might be better than VXT's offering.

Aaroona:

Now that it is 5 years on, how have you managed to keep the account active, given there are no outbound calls?
have inbound calls been enough to keep the number active? or do 2talk not actively enforce the inactivity clause?

I use this system with 2talk and have no problems. They do now send a monthly invoice for $0.00

The most interesting thing about this, is that the price via the app is cheaper for once than through the website. $5 NZD in app vs $5.99 USD on website.
