Ah, I can't be too quick to judge. When I started out in telco I thought radius was just used to measure a line between two points of a circle 😅

 

Back on topic, I believe OP has been DM'd to sort the issue.

In the dialup days in the 90s prior to radius it was tacacs+

 

Man I am old :(

If it was a transfer, it will be the same port that your Voda connection was on.
You mentioned that the connection was up for a period of time so I wouldn't bother too much with moving ports around on the ONT. As long as your ONT is powered on, Optical is up and the LAN light is flickering to indicate it can detect a device, usually the next steps are to check the CPE.

 

The Care team don't support every device under the sun, so they would've left you with the basic configuration to get up and running and left you to it. I'd recommend that you start with the absolute basics before rolling your sleeves up too much..

All sorted now thanks to aspired. The ont had some unknown issue and was replaced.
