Teredo is used for P2P networking on the Xbox it is not used for the IPv6 transition mechanism.

 

Something else to check in the router is the WAN -> NAT Passthrough section can you try toggle the IPSec passthrough then restart everything to see if it makes a difference.

For the record

 

Stuff fibre DO NOT USE CG-NAT

 

Unsure why some people are commenting they do, but have never used CGNAT (even before the migration to the Vocus network)

Thank you all for your comments and suggestions. I appear to have this issue resolved now and unless Stuff changed something their end, what looks to have fixed it was changing the router DNS from auto to google DNS.

Saw something in the router logs along these lines which lead me to try it “dnsmasq[549]: failed to create listening socket for ..... address already in use”

So far my NAT has stayed open and hopefully it will continue to do so.
