@arnies, new software for LG downloaded today.

 

Have tried one screen saver and no slow down on Netflix etc, fingers crossed it is now fixed. πŸ˜ƒ

There’s a bit of recent chatter on avsforum.com and on Reddit regarding the new WebOS 05.30.10. People are anecdotally reporting that it has fixed the 5G Wifi problems that came recently with 05.30.02. The new OS has been rolling out around the globe over the past few days.

 

I’m currently downloading 05.30.10 on my C8 but man it’s slow.

 

Edit: Took just on an hour to download.





Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.

Awesome! I don’t see it yet so hopefully will appear soon on my box.

 

Go to Settings > General > About This TV. You should see it’s available there for download if you have Auto Updates turned off, as I do.
