To add my 2 cents for their support, I have only had to call them three times since they brought Snap, and the two times for a fault it was external to my control and got Chorus booked in the same phone call so super easy to deal with.

Other call was to move to Fibre from VDSL.

It's a good move. I was a Snap customer before the 2Degrees merge on VDSL. service was brilliant, and now very happy on ultimate fibre - Only real issue's I've had were first world like IPv6 not working at all for me, and this was no fault of 2Degrees and some bung stuff in the chorus network causing it, whole crew were awesome in finding the problem and working with myself and chorus to get it all sorted. Never hesitate to recommend them.
