You're right. Thank you Mr Gadget. I do appreciate that you tried to help. Unfortunately it just proved that what I was asking to be done over multiple calls over a week long period was so simple it could have been done and saved so much time.
Gradually I'll be moving every service I have with 2D away (work PBX, work mobiles, personal mobile). Slowly slowly the bloat has set in and what was once a great company to deal with has become actual competitors with Spark and Vodafone.
