OP please don’t do this. Your rating will only affect the agent you spoke to as their bonus/performance will take these ratings into account.. It won’t make a material difference in the way 2degrees operate. The best thing you can do (if you got a good experience) is rate it accurately based on your experience from the agent, or ignore the email.

I hate seeing these surveys after years of being on the receiving end of them at many different jobs. They’re such a waste of everyone’s time.
