caffynz:

I asked about the $73/m, apparently only for NEW customers.

This is why people bounce from RSP to RSP every 12 months, RSPs are more interested in signing up new customers than keeping their existing customers

I'd love to see the LFCs charge the RSPs a hefty churn fee to stop this behavior and force the RSPs to look after their existing customers better.

I just re signed. They said no free Prime for re-signs this year. Still offered $15 off like last year. Also the price for 300/100 has dropped from $97 to $93 so got the $4 extra price drop as well.

They were questioning my free static as the CSR thought it was a year deal, I said no it is meant to be on going. They decided to leave it alone. If they had taken that off me I’d would have changed to Skinny, miles well then get the free month from Skinny, my prepay is with them for $10 off and then following year change again depending on situation  for the better new customer deals.

Op will probably find after one year they will only offer $12 off not the $22, unless have a post paid 2degrees mobile plan that qualifies for extra $10 discount.
