I can't believe they can get away with calling this a pre order. Still waiting no communication. I am going overseas soon so its very unsettling. I thought I would receive it by now.

I ordered at 9am in store because the website crashed and wasn't working for me at the start of pre orders. Has anyone received theirs who's fairly close to my time?

I cannot wait any longer would of not ordered from them if I knew this was the case.

16PM 512GB, ordered 8am on the morning and it was out for delivery today.

Would have had it had the driver bothered to knock but no, just left a card to call so won't have it until Monday as I cant rebook delivery till the next business day and even then I can only book it two days out.

If you ordered launch day before 11am I’d be asking serious questions.
I ordered 16 pro max 256gb natural at 11am and it arrived today.

So update. My sister ordered the same phone but in natural colour online. She got told by the support she would get her phone on Tuesday she ordered at 11am.

Unfortunately the website never worked for me I ordered in person. I went today and asked what was going on because the online support people online told me they should know when it would be coming. They didn't know anything not an inkling of an idea. Let me tell you nearly lost my cool with the 2degrees women.

Lets hope my phone comes before next Tuesday on the 8th. So crazy how they are running their business will be leaving a one star review.

This is so inconsistent and ridiculous.
2degrees have a lot to answer for here.

No, not really. The same happened last year with the iPhone 15 release and I bet that it's going to happen next year with the iPhone 17 release.

Those in the know may correct me, but I was told by a 2Degress manager last year that each store gets allocated a number of devices from each shipment. They only get a short notification as to "when and what" devices they're receiving.

Every telco is in the same position. Waiting for their supply so they can complete their orders.

The only way to guarantee a phone on release day is to order directly with Apple.

Nothing stopping them from communicating as such so we know there’s an undefined wait period.

They already have. The screen shot you posted on the first page already says that.
