@saltynz I got this error last Friday (11th October) I was in rural Western Australia at the time and the timestamp of the failed message is 1:23pm. If required I can PM my mobile number. I am on a pre-paid plan with a balance under $8. I am using an Iphone 2023 SE with IOS18. Airplane mode was on, as was WIFI and the phone showed Wifi calling as active.
