Linux: Just cause the CSR said it does not mean it is correct

Supposedly he asked his "Escalation Team"

Just received a Txt from 2Degrees stating the "need more information" and to email or phone them otherwise the fault will be closed.

No email address or phone number or what information is required was included in the Txt!

Currently on hold in the queue......

Edit:

15mins in the queue....CSR confirmed that there IS NO SHORTCODE to enable or disable CLID!

Once the "Portal" is fixed you will be able to do it there!

So before you use your landline (CLID blocked) you will go Online and enter the 2Degrees Portal.

Disable CLID.

Make the call (On your landline). CLID enabled to get through private number blocking.

Hang up. Go back to the Portal and re Enable CLID Blocking. (Hopefully you remember)

(Once that part of the portal is working, or call 2Degrees to do the toggle!)

Sheesh.
