Don't get me started on the new billing system! I could only assume that a part of the account number change would mean I needed to update my end but again - lack of communication here from them.

It'll be better if the customer was informed but they're not - the new billing system along with the problems that have come from it directly affecting customers are a huge step back IMHO.
It’s shocking they have scrapped the kiwi hero’s scheme. Many people were on that.
And still zero communication the scheme has ended and this will catch people out. There's many threads on here with the lack of communication to their customers and this is a huge problem.
It is a shame it's ended but this also made it far easier to switch away from them.
