which has nothing to do with the problem. so i had to repeat the question but guess that they are all clueless at whatever level is on the email help as this has been going on all year. how to escalate to someone actually helpful?
I think if you can enable Data Clock (now also available on the $8 Prepay plan) then it will turn off casual rates for data and so then any reservations on your balance might no longer be an issue.

Great idea and yes installing data clock app and doing the registration will disable casual data
