Anyone else noticing any oddities with the new extra digit?

If I call the old number for my Telecom Landline, by Vodafone mobile or my 2talk number it still works.

Only my Vodafone mobile seems to be able to dial the new 028 899 number, others (Including 2talk itself!) give me a 'this number has been disconnected' message when I dial it.
