Stuve: Okay that's it, I am not switching now.

I am on XT - ported 021
and I have been texting/calling my friend on 022. every second or third time I try to call or text it just disconnects/doesnt send. Once I waited over 12 hours for my xt phone to message him.
How do you know those individual issues were issues on the 2DM side?
Telecom have had issues with their SMSC at times over the last few months - likewise Vodafone.
Were both you and your friend actually IN 2DM coverage areas at the time?

Unless you know the cause of a fault then you have no context to make a decision with.

Remember a new network requires a certain level of acceptance integration from Telecom and Vodafone as well. 2 Degrees dont configure Telecom or Vodafones equipment.....

I was planning on switching over last week.
I fully agree. I might wait another 6 months till any further issues come up.
This is why you guys are the early adopters...

Situation:

I am opposite a XT celltower, my friend accross wgtn is in a 2d site (not roaming)
The text on my phone side was rejected.

So... nothing to do with 2degrees at all then, right?

iPad Pro 11" + iPhone 15 Pro Max + 2degrees 4tw!

These comments are my own and do not represent the opinions of 2degrees.

Yes, nothing to do with 2d. My concern is that with 90% of everyone else on xt/cdma/vf there is a higher chance of calls/texts being dropped if in with 2d.

This is why the early adopters accept this. Maybe Ill just wait till May.

I found the issues, its only temporary and therefore only affects me sometimes...

If you use the +64 in front of the number; it will only sometimes go through.
