dman: sweet as, I thought my plan was the best of the pick BEFORE than changes and now it is clearly the best of the pick for anybody :P

I disagree.  As I said, Silver+ was good before, giving yuo a landline with Call Waiting, Caller ID and Voicemail for the equivalent of $12.  Now, not so much.

Do you have a phone line?

that was my point, before it was the BEST for me (as I think landlines are outdated tech... soon to be like VHS is now)

but now it is arguably the best for anybody else too :P

No response from Duncan regarding the Gold+ plans... wonder why theyve excluded it...

I notice Orcon Business customers are left out too. I'm not worried (as business caps are off the charts!), but would be nice to get a why on that.

I have both a analog landline and a VOIP landline.  Sure would not like to rely on the VOIP one at nite unless it had QOS.  Mobile is still too expensive for allot of outgoing calls unless you pay for expensive free minute plans  in which case you may as well and a normal landline..

My guess would be that there analysis indicates they don't need to make changes to those plans to keep the numbers up.  Fair enough, but I thought they had it right before.  To me $10 was about what I would pay for the convenience of having a landline I seldom use.  Now that it's "worth" more like $20 or so a month, I'll look at my options.

You don't rate the VoIP?  I don't usually have a problem with my internet, even at night so I should be OK I guess?

Hi guys,

Sorry I didn't get to the questions on Friday afternoon, it was Friday afternoon after all.

The reason we have upgraded some plans and not others is because we were addressing those plans that we felt needed to be more competitive in the market. We felt that those plans that were not upgraded already represented some pretty awesome value when compared with our competitors offerings.

The business plans in particular had recently been adjusted, so did not require any further tweaking this time round.

However, this is not to say that those plans that were not adjusted this time around will not be adjusted in future. We are always looking at our plans to ensure we offer our customers outstanding value for money.

Thanks for your questions, and your continued support.
