The day MTR Regulation comes into effect will be when they come out with plans. Offering 100 FREE minutes is a lot. But when MTR is around 5-10c/min it wont cost them much...

Tried again still no validation text.

Ill try again when I get home.

Fail for me, they are only accepting street addresses.

Last time when they did that and sent out the chinwag sims they managed to make a mess out of that even with their annoying address selector thing.

Failed for me also. I get:

"Uh oh! Our records tell us that you?ve already asked us for a free SIM. We can only send one freebie to each person sorry."

I spoke to the IT guys yesterday evening; IE6 is not supported on the pre-registration page and won't work. They're going to update the page to let people know. Sorry!

Hi guys, I think there may be some accessibility issues with this site.

When I go there, I find the text about being sent an info pack when the service launches, then links for Facebook, Twitter, and the main 2Degrees site. But no form is visible to a screen reader. I take it the form is on that main page? Or is there a link that points to the form.

I'll mention that to them too.

I must admit I'm not familiar with screen-readers; but just in case it helps, there's a button "register_button.gif". When you click it, some Javascript stuff slides the form down. All very pretty, but I can see how it might cause you problems.

Thanks I'd appreciate that, that button simply isn't detectable at all. I will also ping them on Twitter about it.

SaltyNZ: You can register there without obligation, it just means you CAN get the bonus when it's released. If you DON'T preregister, you will just get the normal options later.

Why is the fact that I got one of the free SIMs at launch barring me from registering? Is this a glitch or am I seriously going to be excluded from this offer?

IMHO they will offer the 100min bonus to everyone in their database.
