Yes I know, but that one really only talks about the data bundles and there has been no mention or discussion of the above details/site. Thought it was worthy of a new thread.

Not working for me.  The "validation" text to my mobile hasn't arrived so I can't complete the form.

You can register there without obligation, it just means you CAN get the bonus when it's released. If you DON'T preregister, you will just get the normal options later.
