Oh and the lies continue.....

I really cannot believe this Arrived home to find out i had dial tone AND adsl sync on the line Sooooo now u think it wud be as easy as putting in the correct details into modem and go wouldnt ya

Well according to slignshot making it as hard as poss for the customer to get service is all part of the service I rang to find out why i cant get online, The guy advised me everything was back from telecom and there provisoning team just needs to push a button, He spoke to his manager who advised him it will be done first thing today

On waking up there was no broadband still so i rang up and was again advised tht they are still waiting on telecom on pulling the csr on her lie as there is adsl on the line and dial tone telecom are done and tht the person i spoke to last night also confirmed this

Bottom line is now i wait her her manager to call, Im sick of the white lies screw ups and HOPELESS customer serviceand im still yet to be on their network
