@Richms If you PM me your number I'll check the expiry for you.

Like SaltyNZ says we send out exipry sms to the number on the days up to and on day 365. If you top-up before day 395 the account becomes active again for the next 365 days.

SteveON: There is no business case for mobile operators to keep alive customers who have $0 on their card, they are looking at the active customers. It's only $5 a sim, I do not need to say any more... @%!@

Seriously though. If someone wants to keep the number, it's part of the agreement to topup... Easy as that.
