Nice move on the 50MB of included data. Great looking plans.

I moved to 2 degree's a month or two ago, and have found them data wise to be faster than Vodafone but slower than XT, having said that using my iPhone I have no problems with speed whatsoever on 2 Degree's.

The voice and TXT pricing has reduced my bills from hundreds and hundreds of dollars a month to under $80. Loving it.

No wonder they are stealing Vodafone's lunch.

Thanks for the feedback.
We've worked hard since launch to bring New Zealand mobile users better value. And yep, we've had our ears open the entire time! Listening to what our customers, and people who aren't our customers, want from their mobile provider.
Sure there's plenty more to be done, but we think that our new range of Pay Monthly plans has something to suit pretty much any size of wallet and usage.
You can find out all the nitty-gritty on the new range of plans here: http://www.2degreesmobile.co.nz/paymonthly/pricing

Cheers
Bryony

langers1972: Carryover Data as well as minutes?

Carryover relates to your included minutes only, not the data, text or bonus minutes you might get.

What about PXT messages? are they included in the data or txt allocation, or are they excluded?

That was more of a request for the future, great work by the way.

Do you have info as to when the new Android handsets are arriving, I thought they'd coincide with this launch?

We've got a couple more entering the range soon. If you pick up a copy of the latest M2 Tech or M2 mag you'll find detail on them in there.

I love you 2degrees. Make the $40 plan have 100mb and I'm sold. With push email etc I use 50mb in about 10 days so its really not enough.

Or, please please please consider making a $10 data add on with 500mb! I don't need as much as 1gb but 50mb is too small.

Well, you could put a gig on the $29 plan, for $49/mth, or you could do the $59/mth plan that does have 100MB included...

The beauty is that all of our value packs are exactly the same, prepay or postpay!

iPad Pro 11" + iPhone 15 Pro Max + 2degrees 4tw!

These comments are my own and do not represent the opinions of 2degrees.

Yeah I considered the 29$ plan + $20 data bundle, but vodafone gives you 3gb for $40 on their smart plan. I'd still like a bit more data for the price.  To be completely honest, if I were to use my phone to its full potential as I'd like, I'd need around 250mb. (I limit myself to 100mb on vodafone at the moment) As for the $59 plan, If I were paying that much I would hope for that price I could use my phone to its full potential but alas 100mb would not cut it.

I might still go for the 29$ plan plus $20 data bundle but I'd really to see an in between data bundle option. If 500mb is too much for you guys, how about $10 for 250mb? I would totally be sold in a heartbeat with that.

Don't forget those data bundles would only work in AKL/WLG/CHCH/Queenstown :P
