johnr:kdn: yes sending a notice to the number of the phone that hasn't been used, informing that because the number hasn't been used it will be cancelled seems very logical doesn't it.
So would it be 2degrees fault if you did not check the email address?
if they made reasonable attempt to make contact with the account holder before shutting down an account then there would be no grounds to make a complaint. If they had sent an email to the address I provided, or a letter to the street address I had provided and i had disregarded them both I would not be here.
