Adding that $10 dulls the deal by a fair amount, especially if you're thinking past the 12 month promo period.
Compared to a similar offer from a competitor: 2degrees (with static IP) would cost $40 more in the first year, and $20/mo more after that. If you factor in prime video at cost, there is a saving for 12 months, but it's gone once you've paid for the 13th month.
