Anyone posting on here can I please ask for a favor, all i need is your account number and a little description of your issue.

Line Speed: 15000/1000
Daytime Speed @ 1pm: 14000/900
Night Time Speed @ 8pm: 1000/1000
And any links to speedtest results. I would like to use this information to verify any issues that we may or may not be aware of.

I tried the request a call back feature once...It never worked for me either.
krusenet: I switched to Slingshot on the 10/02/2012 and immediately I began to experience fluctuations in broadband speed. I was fully aware the speed was throttled but didn't expect to get constant ISDN speeds and could barely hold a 2Mbps for more than 2hours. I also noticed an increase in SPAM and my firewall and spam filters were working around the clock to filter and quarantine these threats. I've had my email service running for 5 years with Telecom and never had an issue until this week with Slingshot. I've contacted Slingshot's technical support team to look into these issues and would wait 30min-1hour and would resort to requesting a call back and never get one. I've also emailed Slingshot regarding these issues but get no reply and still waiting.
As a result I've had to switch back to Telecom and they've been generous enough to give me a FREE month knowing full well I've got a $60 bill from Slingshot which I believe I shouldn't be paying with the disappointing and fraustrating broadband experience.

Mandman: It might be a little to early in the evening to be sure but..... Git home about 5pm. My network connection had no internet access. Restarted mode and... Normal speed rates!!!!! Thanks heaps slingshot if you have managed to fix my speed issues
